1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to oddgo. These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and the operators of the oddgo platform (the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any service provided by oddgo, you affirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the oddgo platform and contact our support team to request account closure.

oddgo is an internationally licensed online betting platform operated by an offshore gaming entity. The platform is accessible to residents of Indonesia who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2 below. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or account notification, and continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the oddgo platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. oddgo operates a strict age verification policy, and we reserve the right to request government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driving licence) to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all bets voided, and any funds in the account forfeited.
• Residency Requirement: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Accounts registered from IP addresses or payment methods originating outside Indonesia may be subject to additional verification procedures or account restrictions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Single Account Rule: You are permitted to hold only one account with oddgo. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened using false or misleading information, or accounts registered on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Exclusion Lists: You must not be on any self-exclusion register, either with oddgo or with any other gambling operator. If you have previously self-excluded from oddgo, you may not re-register without first completing the reinstatement process as outlined in our Responsible Gaming policy.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account, you must complete the registration form provided on the oddgo platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information submitted must match the details on your government-issued identity document.

Upon registration, you will be required to create a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify oddgo immediately via live chat or email.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

oddgo is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players. As part of our KYC procedures, we may request the following documents at any time:

• A clear, colour copy of your Indonesian identity card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence) showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet account) matching the name on your oddgo account.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days of the request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. oddgo reserves the right to request additional documentation if we have reason to believe that the documents initially provided are insufficient, fraudulent, or do not match our records.

4. Deposits & Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oddgo accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reversal of the deposit and potential account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times & Limits

Deposits made via Indonesian local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) during standard WIB banking hours (08:00–17:00 WIB Monday to Friday) are typically confirmed within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may take up to 24 hours to be credited to your oddgo account. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay) are processed in real time and are typically credited within 2–3 minutes.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but are generally set at IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary based on your account status and verification level. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher deposit limits.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the oddgo platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a currency other than IDR, the amount will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and a currency conversion fee may apply.

5. Withdrawals & Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, provided that your account is in good standing and you have met all applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests must be made through the cashier section of your oddgo account. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification checks, and we reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

oddgo aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and Indonesian public holidays. The actual time taken for funds to appear in your bank account or e-wallet depends on the processing times of your financial institution. Bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri typically arrive within 1–3 business days after approval. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay are typically completed within 4–12 hours after approval.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits & Fees

Minimum withdrawal amount is IDR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits are displayed in your account cashier and may vary based on your VIP tier and account verification status. oddgo does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month may be subject to a processing fee of 2.5% of the withdrawal amount or IDR 25,000, whichever is greater.

5.4 Withdrawal to Source

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, all withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the amount deposited. Any winnings exceeding your total deposit amount may be withdrawn to an alternative payment method registered in your name, subject to verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility & Terms

oddgo offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These terms are displayed on the promotional page at the time the bonus is offered and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any player found to be abusing bonuses, engaging in arbitrage betting, or using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose may have their bonus forfeited, winnings voided, and account suspended or closed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 20x, 35x). Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10–20%, and live dealer games 10%. 6.3 Bonus Abuse & Forfeiture

oddgo reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Examples of bonus abuse include (but are not limited to): opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using deposit methods that are subsequently reversed or charged back, placing bets with a view to exploiting system errors or bonus rules, or any other activity that we determine to be inconsistent with the spirit of fair play.

7. Betting Rules & Settlement

7.1 Bet Placement & Acceptance

All bets placed on the oddgo platform are subject to acceptance by oddgo. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) bets that exceed our maximum stake limits, bets placed after an event has started (except for in-play markets), or bets that we suspect are part of a fraudulent or collusive betting pattern. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

7.2 Odds & Line Changes

All odds and betting lines displayed on the oddgo platform are indicative and subject to change without notice. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used for settlement purposes, regardless of any subsequent changes to the odds or line. In the event of an obvious error in the published odds (palpable error), oddgo reserves the right to void all bets placed at the incorrect odds.

7.3 Bet Settlement & Results

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the sport or event in question. In the case of football matches, the result is determined at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless the market specifically refers to extra time or penalties. For togel (lottery) markets, results are determined by the official draw published by the relevant pool operator (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, etc.). oddgo will make every effort to settle bets as quickly as possible, but settlement times may vary depending on the availability of official results.

7.4 Voided & Cancelled Events

If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. Specific void rules for individual sports are published in our sports betting rules, which are accessible from the footer of every page on the oddgo platform.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oddgo platform:

• Underage Gambling: Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from creating an account or placing a bet on oddgo.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment details, forged identity documents, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion & Cheating: Colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or using automated betting systems (bots).
• Money Laundering: Using the oddgo platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities. oddgo cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in all jurisdictions where we operate.

9. Responsible Gaming

oddgo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, oddgo and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the oddgo platform, including (but not limited to) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

oddgo makes no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oddgo is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the oddgo platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The seat of arbitration shall be determined by oddgo, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to bring any claim in a court of law and agree that arbitration is the sole and exclusive remedy for resolving disputes.

13. Amendments to Terms

oddgo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the oddgo platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
